my friend, cynthia, who has the D40 got it for christmas & she posted tons of pictures on her flickr in the beginning & then after a while, she lost interest in using her camera. she even told me that! lol. i was like omg if i were you, i would be using it all the time.

but yeah, ask him if you can borrow it. maybe he'll say yes. :D
